Offering a fully inclusive service for IT equipment disposal, but also a cash return on used IT equipment such as PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Servers and Monitors Our focus is simple: Make it easy for organisations to sell used IT equipment and get money back.

Formed back in 2016 we have established ourselves as the number one online resource for your used IT equipment. Through our asset disposition management, we ensure you receive a personalised service that benefits your organisation and releases essential finances for future growth.

Objectives

The Project


The business to sustain its growth required a robust way to manage the complete process of processing individual technical items through various stages: Quoting, Collections, Goods In, Assessment, Recycling Processing and Payments.

We developed an open source solution that included amongst other things:

  1. Product master data – mechanism for capturing disparate parameters for different IT items collected
  2. Quotation engine – simple and effective way for clients to self-generate quotes
  3. Processing Workflow – assignment of asset tags/barcodes to track items through the complete process with activities defined at each stage.
  4. Automated client updates – automatically generating & issuing key documentation and notifications for clients and internal usage at various stages.

We worked together to run the existing and new platform in parallel over a period along with ensuring existing master and transactional data was uploaded for use from day 1.
