The threat of a “no-deal Brexit” may be creating uncertainty in the British marketplace, but one Midlands tech company is defying the slump, responding to increased demand by spinning its software offering out into a new company launch, Matter Of Software.
Launched in Denmark in 2004, Jack Enterprises Ltd has grown into a formidable force in development and design for web, mobile and software.
Now based in the West Midlands, the company delivers to clients around the world, including Carlsberg, Staples and a host of start-ups. Jack Enterprises has seen enormous growth in its software offering, leading to the rebranding of its software-development wing as Matter Of Software.
Managing director and principal consultant Ryan Bishop brings more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry to his role at Matter Of Software.
Bishop is an enterprise architect qualified to the TOGAF 9 (The Open Group Architecture Framework) open enterprise architecture standard, which is used by the world’s leading organisations to improve business efficiency. He is also a project manager trained in the PRINCE 2 (Projects In Controlled Environments) qualification, which takes a process-based approach to project management, and which is relied upon by, among others, the UK Government; and certified as an IT professional by the British Computer Society. Bishop has the credentials needed to lead the way in the competitive world of software development.
Matter Of Software is certified to the Cyber Essentials security standard as well as the information security management qualification ISO 27001, and a fully-fledged member of the Chamber of Commerce.
As of 1 September 2018, all of Jack Enterprises’ existing clients and assets have been moved over to the newly launched Matter Of Software company, which is now the home of the company’s software development projects.
Matter Of Software offers creative web design and development services that will ensure your business stands out from the crowd. Its mobile apps (iOS and Android) will help your business engage, retain and increase business from your customers. In addition, the company’s engineers are trained to deliver software that is specifically created using industry and technical experience to deliver a strong return on investment for your business.
The new launch is expected to further expand the company’s software development offering.
