Every new project starts with an initial discussion
to allow us to understand your aims and objectives, discuss possible options and provide a proposal based on our understanding (including estimated timelines, costs etc). After agreeing scope the next step is to undertake a workshop where our project manager and technical architect along with your team step through the entire process included in the scope. The intention of this workshop is to allow us to document the required process but also provide guidance on possible optimisations.
During the build phase we use an agile development method which consists of a series of short sprints – a sprint is a defined stage of the solution that we will deliver in that time period. This method allows you to see the solution develop rapidly, to interact with the solution and ensure it meets your expectations (allowing you to request changes without impacting budget).
After development we fully test the solution using devices that we expect to be used in a live situation. We make a test environment available to our client team to enable them to fully test the complete solution using production like data – this includes external interfacing, emails, downloads and any other element of the solution working as though it was in production.
Ensuring a new solution is adopted by your organisation is critical to it’s success, we understand the change management process which allows us to support you in deploying your solution into your organisation. Through nominating senior users through to training – we support you to ensure a successful deployment.
Once your solution is live you want to ensure any issues or questions are dealt with quickly and you have some assurances that any issues will be resolved in a timely manner. We offer a range of support options and SLA’s (with a first call resolution target) to ensure you can focus on running your business knowing your investment remains secure.
